CAM check before production
Every Gerber or CorelDRAW file is checked by our engineers for track, gap, hole and outline issues before it reaches the shop floor. Any query is sent to you before production starts.

Controlled processes
Automated machines with controlled settings give the same result batch after batch.

100% electrical testing
Every board is tested for opens and shorts on our FLYING PROBE TESTER (FPT) or BARE BOARD TESTER (BBT).

Final inspection
Boards are checked for dimensions, solder mask, legend and surface finish before packing.

Vacuum packing
Protects the boards from moisture and oxidation until they reach your assembly line.
